This month the Charidy Team is proud to honor Jasmine Ezagui, our tireless Office Manager! Jasmine was selected by our leadership because it is hard to imagine how Charidy operated before she joined the team. In just a few short months she has turned our office into smoothly operating machine and enhanced our customer support – because everyone and everything is important to her! Jasmine serves diligently as our resident Jane-of-all trades.
Jasmine sat down with us to discuss her work and why she loves being part a part of the Charidy team!
Tell us about you role on the Charidy Team?
I am responsible for all of the behind the scenes stuff.
Why did you decide to join Charidy?
I had a recent career shift and decided to return to school. Being a pastry chef was too exhausting to pair with classes. I knew that meant that I would have to take a desk job. I wanted to find work that was making a difference in the world, that would enable me to help people, and that would make me feel challenged. Charidy met all of those requirements.
What’s the best part of working at Charidy?
Knowing that I am a part of something bigger than myself that is making a difference in the world.
What do you think is the secret to Charidy’s success?
